Yes. Start a free Guest Mode session without signing up. It starts with 1 hour and stays open while active for up to 4 hours, with limits shown in the product. A session only counts toward those limits once you start counting in it. If live sync works for your crew, start a 7-day trial (3 counters, not full Pro) or subscribe for the organization that needs saved counters, invites, and CSV/JSON export.
What happens after a guest session ends?

The live total is gone: no export, and you cannot reopen that counter tomorrow. Pro saves the counter so the number is ready for the grant, next week's bulletin, or the CRM.
Do members of my organization need to pay?

No. Only the Organization Owner buys the plan. You can invite staff or volunteers to join your organization at no extra cost. Pro includes 10 seats. Enterprise has unlimited seats.
What happens if I lose internet connection?

Live totals on other devices need a connection. If yours drops, keep counting: taps are held on this device and sent when the connection returns. Keep the page open until they are sent. Other devices see them once they arrive. SnapCount is not built for counting offline for long periods.
Is the plan per user or per organization?

Per organization. Every organization you create has its own Pro or Enterprise plan. Subscribe only for the organizations that need saved counters, invites, and exports.
